FlowBuy empowers merchants to automate their Instagram and Facebook sales conversations. We respect your right to privacy and your right to be forgotten. If you wish to have your personal data deleted from our systems, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion via Email
You can directly request the deletion of any data FlowBuy holds associated with you. Send a written request to our support team:
- Email: [email protected]
- Subject Line: Data Deletion Request
- Information to Include: Please include the Instagram Handle or Facebook Profile link you used to interact with our merchants, to help us locate and remove your specific records.
Important Timeline: We process all data deletion requests within a strict maximum of 14 days. This 14-day deletion timeline applies to our internal records and any company or sub-processor working with us.
How to Remove App Access via Facebook/Instagram
For merchants and users who have directly authorized our application via Facebook or Instagram login, you can remove our app and trigger a deletion callback directly from your account settings:
- Log in to your Facebook or Instagram account.
- Navigate to your profile Settings.
- Select Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Go to Apps and Websites or Business Integrations.
- Find FlowBuy (or the related Meta App name) in the list and click Remove.
- This will disconnect our access. You may also click the button to "Send Request" to trigger an automated deletion payload to our servers.

This app and the domain FlowBuy.app are a property of NIBEDITA PHARMACY (nibeditapharmacy.in). FlowBuy acts as the primary operational and onboarding domain for software services provided by NIBEDITA PHARMACY.
