• Messaging Data: We access and process direct messages, comments, and interactions on connected Instagram and Facebook accounts to provide automated conversational AI responses.
• Public Profile Information: We may access basic public profile information (such as username or IG PSID) when a user interacts with our client's connected social pages.
• Commerce Data: We process product catalog information and generate checkout links through integration with eCommerce providers like Shopify.

3. How We Process and Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain our automation services, facilitating direct matches between shopper queries and product catalogs.
• To send compliant and timely automated direct messages via Instagram based on user engagement.
• To troubleshoot, debug, and improve the reliability of our messaging flows and platform integrations.
• To ensure compliance with platform terms, rate limits, and 24-hour messaging window regulations established by Meta.

Our processing involves applying conversational AI (RAG) to safely understand user intent strictly within the context of the supported business interaction.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell user data. We only share information with selected third-party service providers (such as AI infrastructure providers and hosting services) under strict confidentiality agreements to facilitate our services. Information is also shared back with the specific Merchant or Business whose Instagram/Facebook page the user originally engaged with.

5. Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data processed by FlowBuy. Any request for data deletion will be processed within 14 days by us and any companies working with us.
