2. Description of Service

FlowBuy serves as a Technology Provider that automates commerce workflows by connecting your eCommerce platform (like Shopify) with your social media messaging channels (specifically Instagram and Facebook). We facilitate the capture of high-intent comments, mapping them to relevant catalog items, and delivering rich messages and checkout links.

3. User Obligations and Compliance

When using FlowBuy, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable third-party platform terms, including Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Community Guidelines.
• Only use our services on accounts and pages that you rightfully own or have authorization to administer.
• Ensure that content generated and products promoted via our platform comply with local regulations and ecommerce laws.

4. Account Credentials and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access tokens, credentials, or login details associated with your FlowBuy account. We use secure encryption methods to store platform integration tokens (e.g., Shopify, Instagram), but you must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

FlowBuy provides its automation and routing services "as is." We are not liable for lost profits, direct, or indirect damages resulting from connection failures, platform rate-limit enforcement, or changes to Meta or Shopify APIs. Support inquiries should be addressed to our primary contact address.
